Authentic holiday houses in Burgundy

Our large (200 m2) authentic farm was constructed around 1800 and is situated on the edge of the little village (60 inh.) Sainte-Colombe-En-Auxois.
It has a spacious living-room with a fire place, a kitchen/dining-room, three bedrooms (1 double-bedded and 2 single-bedded) and two bathrooms.
From the cosy house (and the terrace) you’ll have a splendid view over the village and over the hills of the “Auxois”.
Besides that, there is a lot of space around the farm; on the backside there is a garden/orchard/forrest of a few thousant square meters.
By making use of the the spacious extra bedroom (single-bedded) on the attic, the total places to sleep can be increased in number (10 pers.).
The house is equipped with satalite-TV (19 ch.) and WiFi internet.
