| Accommodation Under no circumstances may the number of people in the property exceed the number stated on the booking form without the prior permission of the owner. |
| Guarantee Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental together with signed and completed Booking Form secures your reservation. (Cancellation insurance is advised). |
| Final Payment The final payment is required 8 weeks before the date of arrival or the total should be enclosed with the booking form if there are less than 8 weeks between booking and the arrival date. |
| Arrival/Departure Please note that, unless by prior negotiation with the owner, arrival should be timed after 4pm and departure should not be later than 10am. Changeover day is Saturday. Please leave the property clean and tidy. |
| Price The price quoted is per week (Saturday to Saturday) and includes charges for electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels. |
| Insurance You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance, personal belongings and public liability, since these items are not covered by the owner's insurance. |
